Most in stock items can ship within 3-5 business days. Once your item has shipped, we will notify you via email and provide you with a tracking number. Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email as soon as that information becomes available to us. If an item you order happens to be out of stock, we will contact you within 1-2 business days of receiving your order with a resolution.
Most orders ship in multiple boxes via freight with curbside delivery only. The freight-line will call the recipient to schedule an appointment to deliver the order. You will need to be present for delivery and will be responsible for unloading your purchase. We suggest having 2-4 able-bodied people there to assist in unloading the packages from the trailer. The driver might decide to help in some cases, but is not required to do so. He will only move the package to the back of the trailer to be unloaded. Any attempt to use a lift gate or white glove service will result in additional charges from the carrier and will be your responsibility to pay as the customer. If a shipment is refused upon delivery, the customer will receive a refund less a 30% restocking fee and the actual cost of shipping the order to and from the warehouse.
Upon Delivery: You must be present to accept the delivery and will need to inspect the packages for damage or missing parts. If condition and quantity of your freight is acceptable, the driver will ask you to sign the delivery receipt. The driver will give you a copy, and take the original signed copy as proof of delivery. A signed delivery receipt without exceptions noted on the delivery receipt is called a clear delivery. Clear delivery means that there were no shortages and no visible damage at the time of delivery.
IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY: If you inspect your garage/carport upon delivery and it has been damaged, please notate the damage on the delivery receipt and accept the delivery. Please take photos of the damage and email the photos to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt. If damage is not notated on the delivery receipt, the customer is waiving their right to a refund or replacement if damage has occurred. A shipping claim will need to be filed if your order is damaged. Please be sure to keep all pieces of your damaged garage/carport as well as all pieces of packaging.
If your order is missing pieces or has defective parts, please contact Frogit.com customer service at your earliest convenience. The manufacturer will ship out replacement parts free of charge.
All returns will reuire a Return Authorization (RA) assigned from the manufacturer. To obtain and RA, please contact Frogit.com customer service. All returns must be submitted within 30 days of purchase date (located on your receipt). Any returns submitted after 30 days without an RA number will not be accepted. Credit wil be issued upon receipt of the returned product and will be inspected for damages or excessive wear and tear. The full amount of the product will be credited in the form of the original payment less a 30% restocking fee and the actual cost of shipping and handling.

All returns mut be inn brand new, unused and in the original packaging. All items will be inspected upon receipt at the warehouse. Any items that are returned in a used or soiled conditionon will be shipped back to the customer at their expense and a refund will not be applied.
The return shipping costs are the responsibilty of the customer and the actualcost of shipping to the customer will not be refunded. A copy of your order details needs to be included with the return package.
